Mara works great at recipe building and learning her way around the more extensive brew equipment. She enjoys porters, sweet stouts, NEIPA, and especially Belgian Trappist ales.

Chris is a brewer who works Batman-style. Fighting bad guys as a Cyber Security guy by day, dark and brooding brewery man at night! When it comes to brewing, he is both technical and creative.

Danielle is our newest addition to the team and an up-and-coming beer cicerone.
She has a pallet for the full-bodied beers, especially Croaker's Irish Red ale.
